The Bedford County Business Community is invited to take part in a new event: our inaugural International Women’s Day Celebration: Friday, March 8th.  The program will feature an inspiring keynote presentation by health coach, entrepreneur, and author Tammy Taylor, who will share her empowering story of resilience, strength and hope in a program called Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life: From Passive Participant to Hungering for Success, including ways she's used vision boards to pursue her goals.

About Our Speaker:  Tammy Taylor is an Executive Health & Lifestyle Transformation Coach: Mentor, Author, Entrepreneur & Influencer dedicated to making a difference by helping people (especially women) believe in themselves and change their lives for the better. With a focus on healthy body, mind and finances, Tammy coaches her clients to make healthy choices, set goals, and overcome challenges.  With associations from Tony Robbins to Steve Harvey, to Beth Caldwell, Tammy has cultivated relationships and experiences that she shares with others.  During her featured presentation as part of the Chamber's 2024 International Women's Day event, Tammy will share her own experiences, including life challenges that have helped her transform her own life and those of others.  Tammy will also share her use of vision boarding, and invites you to start your own during this special forum.  

The event will begin with a catered networking luncheon featuring a buffet (signature grazing table) by Horn O Plenty. Opportunities to support women-owned businesses will be abundant, with vendor tables available for product sales and company exposure. Local businesses may also seize opportunities to provide promotional items as part of attendee gifts, along with  giveaways, door prizes, and more.  Student scholarships will also be offered.
