The Chamber partners with Bedford County Treasurer Melissa Cottle, PSP Liquor Enforcement to present an educational program to explain changing guidelines for Small Games of Chance license holders and those considering applying for a license for non-profit raffles, drawings, BINGO, tip boards, rip tickets, silent auctions, and more.   A program will be presented by Officers Michael Mirabella and Zach Hochrein, who will also answer questions about holiday charitable events at liquor-license holding establishments, etc.
