GIYB Small Games of Chance Update
The Chamber partners with the Pennsylvania State Police Liquor Enforcement, Bedford County Treasurer's Office and Bedford County District Attorney's Office to present an educational program to explain changing guidelines for Small Games of Chance license holders and those considering applying for a license for non-profit raffles, drawings, BINGO, etc.
