Understanding unlawful workplace harassment is critical for all employees, regardless of role, within an organization. With advances in technology, casual friendships between employees, and more relaxed work environments, it has become much easier to engage in unlawful harassing behaviors, whether intentional or not.
By attending this seminar, you will become familiar with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s definitions of unlawful harassment, review examples of behaviors that are deemed potentially harassing, and understand employer, supervisor, and employee responsibilities in preventing unlawful harassment in the workplace.
