SUMMARY:Pearl Harbor Day Remembrance - VCI Community Event
DESCRIPTION:We are hosting a special event at 1st Summit Arena War Memorial on Thursday\, December 7th from 11 am   1 pm in honor of Pearl Harbor Day\, where Veterans and community members can enjoy a light meal and refreshments provided by Flair of Country while receiving a brief update on VCI and this program. We would also like to share space together for talking about how we can better serve our Veteran and broader communities through this initiative. A special remembrance will be included with this event in honor of Pearl Harbor Day. \n\n\n\nAging services is enormously complex\, and we often find that our Veteran population struggles to navigate through all the services and education that aging in our healthcare system entails. In light of this\, we developed a simplified program to educate and raise awareness of the various formats of care\, care assessments\, financial support\, and Veteran support networks available.
