DESCRIPTION:The first Business After Hours of 2018 will be held at Birds Nest Farm Caf  & Bakery in downtown Bedford on Thursday\, January 25.\n\n\n\nThe Bird's Nest was originally opened in 2007 as a shop specializing in primitive antiques before being converted into a restaurant in 2009.\n\n"When the economy took a downturn in 2009\, the one small antique shop was then converted into what is now a staple restaurant in downtown Bedford with seating for 65 people\," Owner Michael Stipanovic said. "We'll be celebrating our 9th year as a caf ."\n\n\n\nThe restaurant is open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.\, offering breakfast and lunch.\n\n\n\nFor Business After Hours\, The Bird's Nest is going to offer a wide variety of appetizers\, including: lump cramp balls\, ham & cheese sliders\, mini potato salad bites\, cheese & olive skewers\, chili with cornbread and salami wraps.\n\nFor dessert\, guests will enjoy cheese cake bites and red velvet & cream cheese rolls\, just a taste of what the bakery at The Bird's Nest has to offer.\n\n"Everything is made in-house and we take special orders to accommodate that special event\," said Stipanovic.
