DESCRIPTION:The U.S. Department of Labor\, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is hosting a virtual webinar focusing on removing employment barriers for job seekers with criminal records and histories in quest of re-entry to the workforce.\n\n\n\nIf you are a federal contractor\, community-based organization\, employer\, job seeker\, college student with criminal justice career aspirations\, and/or criminal justice professional then you should attend. The event will provide information on OFCCP\, EEO employment guidance\, and regulations concerning the use of criminal records\, as well as discuss community-based\, state\, and local programs available.\n\nYou are invited to learn about:\n\n  Best practices to create an All-Inclusive Workplace for job seekers with a criminal record\n\n  What to do if you apply for a job and are denied employment due to a past criminal record\n\n  Programs and resources to assist individuals with criminal records reintegrate into the community and workforce. \nPlease register for this event by clicking on the registration link.
